The Greek Labour Market is powered by real job ads data that are collected near real-time and is structured around five dedicated analysis pages, each with its own interactive filters and chart types.

Job Market Analysis

Overall trends in job postings over time, job type breakdowns, and summary statistics at national level.

Occupations Analysis

Top occupations by demand, occupation-level timeseries, job type breakdown, and regional map distribution.

Skills Analysis

Most demanded skills overall and per occupation, classified as essential, digital, transversal, or green.

Regional Analysis

Region-level job posting map, timeseries, top occupations and skills per region.

Comparative Analysis

Heatmap cross-tabulations of occupations × regions and skills × regions for multi-dimensional comparison.

How to Use the Observatory

Choose the variable, geographical level, and year to visualize data across the study area. The selected variable and geographical level define the information presented across the entire page.

Selected Region Details

Click on any region in the map to reveal detailed information: the variable's values for the selected year, the region's ranking within the country and Europe, and a baseline evolution graph.

Data Table

Click "Show data table" to view the map data as a filterable table. Choose territorial unit, country, and date range, or search for a specific region. Data can be downloaded for offline use.
